So what if Wisconsin barely loses to OSU, is Alabama’s SOS that much better than Wisconsin’s? Just from the state of the SEC, I wouldn’t think so and it would utilmately be penalizing Wisconsin for having to play in their conference championship if they put Bama in over Wisconsin. Unless the committee just really wants Bama in, yalls only hope is if TCU wins imo.

I may not agree, but it is kind of his job.

Plus two teams in the playoffs means more cash for the SEC.

and less for the TV networks and other schools which is why it won't happen

To do what... beg the committee to put them in?

I think both Bama and Auburn deserve to be in. Bama may not of been close with Auburn, but they are better then Wiscy, Ohio State, and basically any other team they may consider.

Should be Auburn, Bama, Clemson, and Oklahoma.

You realize Bama has only beaten three P5 teams with a winning record right? Although this could break the playoffs and reveal the REC behind the curtain once and for all if they get blown out by Clemson..

Bama barely beat a four loss Mississippi State team. No Bama should not be in final four.

I wish they'd set a rule where to get into the CFP, a team must win their conference championship (or at least their division). That would end this nonsense of divisional second-place teams getting mulligans.

"Bama barely beat 4 loss Miss St"

"Clemson lost to 4 win Syracuse"

"Ohio State got blown off the field by non Top 25 Iowa"

"Oklahoma lost at home to Iowa St"

"Auburn blew a 20 point lead to an LSU team who people don't even consider a quality win for Alabama and lost to Clemson who lost to 4 win Syracuse"

Following this logic, most seasons should just end with no playoff or national title at all.

Seldom does anyone deserve it.

If Wisconsin and Oklahoma win, then Bama is out. But if either get upset, I would put Bama in over Ohio St. or TCU.

Honestly don’t care what happens with Alabama this year.

Auburn controls its destiny and is 3 wins from another natty. And is a bad matchup for any team that lines up across from it.

I don’t think Bama deserves it, but have no doubt we would butt frick Alabama a second time if afforded the opportunity in the playoff.

WELL that’s not what Saban said.......... he said the conference champs should go to the playoffs period. Is he changing his tune now cause he wants his team in?

We didn't lose twice, to a team with more than two losses, by more than 12 (to an overranked two loss team) or to Pitt, Iowa or Iowa State.

I would think Auburn would be favored. However you are seriously underestimating how much playing at home helped Auburn against both UGA and Bama.

You'll find this out next Saturday when UGA puts up a much tougher test than last time. I still think Auburn wins, but expect it to be a game in the 4th quarter this time.
