You're right. It was a slip. I was thinking about the dozen or so scholarships that Saban was going to pull this year as opposed to the one that MILES pulled. My senses were overwhelmed and I erred.

Saban had a sanctimonious streak (remember that LB from E Texas who almost made him cry when he signed w/A&M ? ) to his post recruiting wrap-up and always has.

Read that again. Every guy that was verbally committed. He didn't say everyone that signed was verbally committed. He said everyone we had a verbal from signed and we also got a few more that we showed interest in.
