Unfortunately most places. Emotions can get the best of anyone so anyone can let a explicit expression come out....but little excuse if done while drunk in front of children and women.... Kinda thought booing was part of college football? I would be offended if I wasn't vociferously booed and bombarded with piss balloons as one of the top teams in the nation.
