Beamer would need his head examined for hiring Loggains to begin with. What are they, drinking buddies?

Spurriers success at south Carolina has made it tough for coaches. Before Spurrier I thought you can't win there but spurrier proved you actually can. It's a hard job to win at but Beamer can't have a losing season.

Why should he be on the hot seat?
The best USC has ever performed was with Steve Spurrier, which he won 11 games for 3 seasons in a row. Beamer is no Spurrier.

That’s common core math right there

I am not familiar with common core math. But I do know how regular math works.

644 + 617 + 44 = 1305

South Carolina has won 644 of 1305 games they played.

644/1305 = .493

.493 = 49.3%

Except it's not. SC's all time record is 636-612-44 for a 0.509 all time record.

And this site lists a third all time record.

South Carolina All Time Record

They say South Carolina’s all time record is:

602-580-41

Does anyone really know? Does anyone really care?

You don't count the ties in the total.

The real answer is 644+617 = 1,261

644/1261 = 0.5107

That sort of thing might fly at the University of Alabama, but nowhere else. Well, maybe Mississippi....

There's truth to this. Spurrier showed that you could be very competitive here. There's no reason why you can't. Good talent in SC, and good talent next door in NC, too.

We obviously have a major in-state competitor, but that doesn't stop Alabama/Auburn, and Alabama is about the same size as SC.

We are, and have always been crippled by, poor leadership and administration. Our AD is weak, due to our director. Unfortunately, this isn't going to change, and it's a major reason Clemson has been more successful in the last 10 years on the major stage.

Yeah that’s not how that works there guy.

Our winning percentage is 51.04%.

Here’s a calculator if you can figure out how to point and click or tap:

This isn’t Alabama math

This is such a South Carolina argument. Fighting over whether they have won 49% of their games or 51% of their games. Let’s just go with 51%.

Not right now. Next week might be different.

But after taking the pulse of Kentucky fans, it looks like Beamer has put Stoops there....
