Your point was idiotic the first time, so not sure what you think doubling down on it is going to do for you.

It wasn't and still isn't.

He's not in Jimbo's league, but he's not impressive.

That's a NC caliber roster in a borderline G5 league. He's responsible for making Harbaugh and the school up North look respectable, until they also meet decent competition.

Sure it is.

The Big Ten is top two, and Ryan Day is top three.

Upvote yourself all you want, but it doesn't change facts.

He has a dominant product and a charmin schedule that he has not dominated.

His team is good. He is not.

He's 55-6. There's no way to spin out of that fact.

Your inSECurity is showing.

If not for the fact that the B1G is anything but big.

This has been the buzz for several days. I think his agent is just playing numbers games, but stranger things have happened.

Reality is nobody knows. There’s been an unusually tight lid kept on this search.

You are right. They need to unload Kelly to the first dumb arse that would take him.

Nobody fires a coach that is 55–6 overall and 38–2 in conference

Are you under the mistaken impression that a coach under contract won’t leave if he thinks it’s time (more money, time for a change, etc.). Ryan Day does not have to be fired to leave OSU. Having said that I doubt very much this has any real legs.

I’m skeptical of this rumor, and I doubt Day the real primary target.

Primarily because I’d be surprised if A&M went big name and contract hunting at this point in time.

Top. Two.

It's SEC and the Pac this year.

b1G is probably slightly behind but maybe even with Big 12.

We don't hire coaches for one year.

Pac

They're a Big Ten and an SEC transfer away from being who they always are. Plus, all their good teams are going to be in the Big Ten next season anyway.

Big 12

Texas was "back" for one game. Outside of that game, the Big 12 is who they always are.

So yes, top two.

I did, too, because of Michigan claiming Day is all wrapped up in SignalGate.

Same reason Kelly left ND for LSU. LSU offered a big payday and ND didn't match because they weren't sad to see him go.

Kelly's last 5 seasons at Notre Dame:

10-3
12-1
11-2
10-2
11-1

Yeah I'm sure they were just begging him to leave.

No shite. So, next year, the B1G may be respectable
