So...the final score.
We wouldn't put those points in storage to use for another game.

Nope, you'd add them where they occurred, rather than simply appending them.

Crap.

Of course it is. Must be why a Buckeye started it...
Are you under the impression fans can only start threads abvout their own teams on this forum? You need to head back over to the "Woke BIG 10 Board".

Imagine needing your conference to change a rule to allow your team to go to the playoffs. IUf the rule were changed before the season started? ok. But after the season is voer they changed the rule specifically to let your team go to the playoffs.

Soft.

And they would be a part of (drum roll) the final score.
It doesn't matter where points occur, they add up to the final score.
Do you know what "final score" means?

Nope. Are you telling me y’all are melting about this over there too?

BTW, Ohio State forums have been referenced several times in this thread alone, so...

That wasn't a rule proposal. It was an observation. Y'all can do what you like, but I'm going to talk about what it means.

We're the reason we even had a season. It's the least they could do.

You are correct - you didn’t start the thread
I did - because your dye-beard coach opened his mouth at a recruiting press conference - and made this a story and a topic a full month plus after Ohio State lost.

Rather than showing class and moving on with 2023, Ryan “pees sitting down” Day brought it up and doubled down on his whining.

You…..you have taken said topic I brought to SEC Rant - key word “SEC” - and have argued your losing side for another 15+ pages with no proof of anything other than you don’t know what targeting is and you may need to make an opthamolofist appointment.

Hell he had already got alligator arms and let the ball go thru his hands before he was even hit on that view.

He claimed it was Unnecessary Roughness and his coach claims it was Targeting, yet neither can explain why by the rules.

They just hope everybody will fall in line like when they "cancelled" the football season in 2020, then did a reversal once everybody else started playing games.
Then they saw they didn't have a viable team for the playoffs and changed the rules so Ohio State could go in place of the team that won the conference.

The BIG 10 is the epitome of soft.

With those two field goals, it's 41-41 on that last drive. Very likely that Georgia is kicking a last second FG in that alternate history.

Not that i know of. I thought you insinuated it. Pretty sure you did.

Well...thanks for the observation?

Sure. Change the rules so Ohio State can replace the conference winner. Crap. What an embarrassment. And your team acted like they deserved to be there.

The discussion was about the subjective nature of the penalty and the varying perspectives.

This is what you have tried to make it into, but it’s ultimately about what foo says it’s about:

Was the call right or wrong and why?

Everyone that matters, unbiased people from the REF world who are applying the rule to HI DEF/SLOW MO/MULTIPLE ANGLES Replay, agrees it wasn’t targeting.

Biased bucks and jealous haters, who are ignoring the key elements of the rule, disagree.

So you are just going to pretend the TD's didn't happen?

I guess Ohio State could petition the NCAA to change the rules for them.

Somehow, I doubt folks would argue with me about that, too.

Ohio State was the conference winner. The rules were updated because they wouldn't make teams that ducked us take a forfeit, which is what should've happened.

No. This is what the discussing is, because you refused to accept a very simple reality.

Which? I accounted for everything up to the last drive, which would be the most likely deviation.
