Seems "big" to me? Bruce Felman tweeted about it? It's national news and you want to compare Sban to Cleveland (which the national media speculated about) to this???

Butthurt that the rumors are false and trying to compare message board trolling to salacious rumor mongering invollving Miles and a minority - they had to throw that in forvgood measure- student.

If any coach in the SEC was said to be having an affair without any evidence or any national media source reporting it then it would be whacked with a quickness.
I have a feeling that other team's posters are just upset that their weekend was made boring by the rumors being false and talk about it is not permitted.
That's what makes the SEC Rant better than any other SEC messageboard on the web.

Why do you think Feldman isnt credible because of that book? Hell he's one of the most respected journalist in the business. Have you even read the book? Obviously not since they had sworn depositions in there from the James kid saying that he made up the rumors about being locked in the closet. So now sworn depositions are not credible??

That one permitted no responses plus many threads and posts (that had little to do with "spreading" rumor) have been deleted. Sort of reminds me of the downfall of one European dictatorship. This place is loaded with rumors everyday, will those in charge be consistent and whack those too, or only if they strike a nerve that hits too close to "home"? Everybody stand in line and wait for orders, yo. How is tranny?

A Saban to the NFL or what not, is probably something being speculated about by one of several mindless sports reporters. It is part of the business and is possibly a positive for Saban as it increases his value, etc.
That is just a little different than allowing a tweet by a college student be debated like crazy when you are talking about total character assisination of a coach who has done nothing wrong. Saying a good man is sleeping with co-eds and will resign from his job is not quite the same as speculating if a coach will be hired somewhere else.

Why would they allow idiots to mock our coach over a baseless rumor that attacks his character? This is a lot different than a "Saban is going to ____" thread.
If I recall...when the threads were first popping up people were wondering why they weren't getting whacked. Now that they are y'all are crying like a bunch of 12 year olds.

This is run by LSU and always has been. Over 90 percent of you came here knowing it was an LSU board at the time. The vast majority that say they didn't know it was associated with LSU are liars. Just like the REC runs the SEC office, LSU runs this site. Deal with it.
