oh ok ok. i dig it. at first i thought YOU thought Ford and Lacy were linemen, and i was cornfused as to how you got to that conclusion.
ford may work better than lacy in teh SEC as he's a superior powerback. especially considering lacy's junior or senior year injury. but if lacy is 100%, i wouldn't just count him a lesser back than anyone. i've seen that kid's highlights. they're amazing.

You got 2 great athletes who will see significant playing time. We just didn't need/couldn't take them. Until we had decommits.. then we started knocking on the door. I woke up this morning and said i'm gonna flame today

The biggest rumor about Fanney was he left in the first place. There had been no official release, so this might be someone trying to cover their tracks and stay face...

Loston's waiting on the clearinghouse just like Sentimore and Lacy. Plus he's a 5 star safety and top 20 player in the nation. It is not even remotely comparable to the disaster that is the Alabama's numbers crunch each year because Saban keeps recruiting guys to push out the guys he recruited just last year or the year before. It's gonna catch up with him and he knows it. That's why he's in such a hurry, not to build a program but to win right now.
Alabama fans are total hypocrites when it comes to this stuff with Saban. He is clearly desperate to get his championship in the next year or two so he's willing to run off whoever he can to make it happen. His sanctimonious ramblings about caring about the kid's futures are as much a lie as him not taking the Alabama job.
But, hey, Saban is a good match with Alabama. He fits in very well with that culture. You guys seem to like him, so more power to you.

Wow, either you're not very smart or you're very hypocritical. You know your own Coach Miles told the Okie State admin he wasnt leaving, right? All coaches do this. Just like in the real world. If you go interview for a new job, you're not going to tell your current employer until you decide on the new offer.

The long and short of his comments were is Saban is so desperate to win, almost as desperate as the alabama boosters are to win( see albert means, julio escalade, richardson corvette) etc.
