You poor bastards. Is the Bama domination that bad that you have to pray Nick Saban leaves us to go to the Cleveland fricking Browns?
Huh? Pray? Child please, the only ones on their knees in this thread are Bama fans slurping Saban's pecker.

I understand your frustration but it is just part of the success that Bama is enjoying at the moment.
I remember when PB was the coach and opposing fans prayed for his retirement. I can remember folks telling me after the '78 season that he was done, worn out etc.

Saban doesn't want to deal with pro egos. His whole process is based on mentally dominating his players and getting them to buy the system 100%. Grown men don't respond as well to being spanked.

I doubt he takes the Browns job. But Gumps are delusional to think that Saban wouldn't take another NFL job. Especially if the money is right he'd be gone in a heart beat. You can't tell me that his failure in the NFL with Miami doesn't still burn his arse. He's a competitor and would love to show everybody that he can win at the highest level of football. I don't think he would take the Browns job because they suck. But if a team with actual talent needs a coach next season (like Dallas), I think he takes it.

If Saban were to take the Browns job, what SEC team would he come back to coach the next year?

Actually, he's probably too big of a pussy to return to the NFL. Tail between the legs syndrome.

Grown football players don't take to verbal "spankings" quite like college athletes trying to get to the pro's. Plus don't forget the Union either. For some reson I think this might have something to do with Saban's thought process on taking another Pro gig.

5 years later and LSU fans are still all over Sabans nuts. Hilarious AND pathetic. Good entertainment though.

You also have more control on who your football players are in college as opposed to being a hc in the nfl.

Get this fact through your head. Saban left Miami.....he left the city of MIAMI.....one of the most beautiful, most tropical cities in the entire country, for Tuscaloosa - and he did it while taking a $3 million pay cut. With that in mind, why do you think he would bolt for $2-$3 million pay raise when he already voluntarily took a pay cut?

They can't afford to outbid Bama.

Yeah, this is going to be all over the place the rest of this season.
Maybe he'll get asked at each press conference about this for the rest of the season. And the chance of a 3-peat NC next year. He'll tear the entire building down.

Saban should be a pro-union boy, democrat from WV.
