Coach Paul Brown and Mr Jim Brown disagree with you

I think he would think long and hard about taking over a solid franchise, but Cleveland is nowhere near being labeled "solid". I don't think people realize how much Miami changed Nick Saban. He isn't going to put himself in that position again.

ntly, but i'm being told he loves that part of the country, so why didn't he pursue the michigan job when he left miami?
I think there were 4 million reasons why

His gig is too good at Bama. I'd be surprised, no stunned, if he gave it up to coach that dumpster fire of a team.

Only reason he would leave BAMA for Cleveland is unfinished business
If he went to Cleveland and won he changed the one black mark on his record and he one upped bellichick (in a sense)
The browns won a playoff game saban's last year there. He knows what a winner feels like in that city
Pay close attention to the GM hire there. If it is a guy that Saban has a history with then the Bammers should pay closer attention
Mike Lombardi comes to mind

Who knows, but I have sources guys.
Trust me, I can't prove any of this and I'm just talking out of my arse, but just trust me. Dooley and Chizik will both be fired...but they're just gonna switch schools. Oh, and Les Miles is going to Michigan. Also, Mark Richt is now the AD at UGA.

We're all immigrants. This country is younger than 300. Jesse Williams is an American now. DWI

he's not leaving alabama for the pros.

Rumor: Jimmy Haslam will offer Saban the Brown's Job
Blow him and blow him good, almost swallow and he'll come along for the ride
Terry Saban already does it on a regular basis and probably better than anyone. And she isn't going anywhere.

Back on subject here, for a second-
look at it from the pro perspective, not the college (Bama) perspective. Steelers are what, 2-3 right now? If they don't get on track they might finally slip. Ravens defense is getting old, Ray Lewis doesn't have a ton of games left in him.
I understand these are the "expansion" Browns, but it's still the Browns. That town has a lot of passion for that team, as they made a point of keeping the name when the franchise left. I remember the Dawg Pound being damn rowdy during their good years.
Get some good front office people (which they seem to be doing) and make a couple free-agent moves, and you can improve a lot in the NFL nowadays; look at San Francisco. So, you're the new owner, and you're looking to do this up right. You go after Saban, or not?

Until the NFL makes a rule where a head coach can bring 25 new guys of his own choosing every year, don't count Saban leaving Tuscaloosa anytime soon.
I love that this topic has come up every season since Saban got to Bama, but you fans of other schools are just gonna have to deal with Saban until he retires.

Saba. Has already made all other players and coaches quit now the goddamn fans are quitting! You pussies think the only way you can win again is for Saban to leave.
To the you g BAMA fans, you are seeing what it use to be like. Near owned the pussies for 24 years and they just sat there and took it. Alabama is college football!!!

So you polled the nation to detemine this. Outside of the SEC, how many people have heard of him. I would say very few.

You're not elitist?
And what's sad about this is you truly have no ties to this unless you played football at Bama. My heritage is my heritage and it's damn proud. And if feeling like America and American's come first over all else, then yes I am an elitist you liberal POS.
