I am only rooting for Miami to shut up the BIG posters about how the BiG is the premier conference now. I would find it hilarious to see a BIG team lose to the ACC

Neither are....05 Trojans or 01 Hurricanes are very easily the 2 best.

You fricking morons missed the boat when ESPN debated how the 2005 USC Trojans would defeat every team through history.

Your attempts to claim greatest are just sad and pathetic.

While I'm also tired of the 2019 "best ever" talk......I'm not so sure I agree with you here....

Matt Lienart, and the guys on USC's offense never did what Burrow, JaMarr Chase, and Justin Jefferson are doing in the NFL.......never....not even close.

And their defense got walked all over by a Texas team who also had an offense full of guys that never came close to what Justin Jefferson and JaMarr Chase are doing in the NFL.....Never.

I'm okay with Miami winning. A strong U hurts FSU way more than us.

John Rhys plumlee ran through that lsu defense like he was Jim fricking brown. Imagine what Vince young would have done. That lsu offense was incredible, the defense sucked. And I still go back to in a close game against a good team, orgeron would have fricked it up. Are we really going to argue against some of these stacked teams coached by Pete carol, Nick Saban and now Cignetti that Orgeron would have won?

Is 01 Miami, 05 USC, etc in that argument? Cause I think they would smoke either of these teams in their prime easily.

Defense was playing a lot better by season's end.

It's always debatable......Orgeron wasn't the best coach, but he definitely caught lightning in a bottle that year. And I've never seen the #1 and #2 wide receivers in the whole NFL be on the same college team the year before.

Also, we went undefeated. USC didn't.
