Sanitizing the game with robots takes the human element out of the game and bastardizes America's Past Time to 9 innings of Alexa. Just because you bitch about a strike here and there is no reason to redo the game. The pitch clock already is an egregious affront to the game as it is. Dumbest argument for it ever.
I have a better idea.
Use the robots to grade the umpires after each game. Bonus paid at the end of each year is based on the grades. This will force them to get better without changing the game.
Also the bottom 5% gets fired, or perhaps if you aren’t at a certain threshold, you get fired.

Anyone who favors anything but humans calling balls and strikes is an idiot.

Is a pitch supposed to be called at the very front of the plate....the very edge of the front?

Don’t worry, baseball won’t change. Especially MLB. I’m surprised they don’t make fans ride horse-pulled buggies and carriages to the game.
IOW, some shite needs to change but it won’t.

Disagree. That's a bad take. Give me the robots.
You don’t like skilled cheating?
Meh, me neither honestly. I’d rather the batter get a fair shake.

So let’s ditch instant replay too, right? I mean, you’re no idiot are you?
Pick a poison.

Hard to complain about SEC officials when MLB umpires are supposed to be the standard and are famously awful at their jobs.
It’s night and day watching MLB umps call balls and strikes and college umps. It’s really amazing how much better MLB umps are. Yeah there’s Angel Hernandez, but for the most part they are really good behind the plate.

How can they make catchers “pointless”? You have to have a player there to prevent scoring.

That’s why I don’t watch bb, they’re always stopping the game every 5 seconds.
