Special teams is part of the game.

This is the main reason why I include punts in my highlight videos. I like to show change of possession and also highlight the kicking game. Most of the major complaints about my YouTube channel are centered around me showing punts.

By winning the natty but not winning the sec? Weird bc I could swear that that's now bamas major talking point when it comes to our team last season.

Not for me. The "Blackout" at Athens, 2008, BAMA win.

The 2012 SECCG for essentially the national championship, BAMA win.

The Hurricane game, 2015 in Athens, again, BAMA win.

The National Championship in 2018. 2nd and 26, BAMA win.

The 2018 SECCG. BAMA win.

2020 in Tuscaloosa, BAMA win.

2021 SECCG, BAMA win.

Congrats on Kirby showing BAMA who was boss of college football.

I haven't seen any Bama fans making that claim.

Are you sure you're not drunk?

Bet the OP only watches the second half of the 2019 game and thinks..... man, we were close.

The only time you'd see more puckered corndog assholes than the 2nd half of that game is at their family reunion.

Y’all had the last laugh, for sure, but Alabama did not dominate that game. Not by any stretch.

This guy doesn’t watch football.

More first downs
More total yards
Higher 3rd down percentage
Higher average yards per play
Fewer penalties
Higher punting average
Higher kick return average

Complete domination. Except kicking field goals, which affected the only stat that matters - the score.

Not sure a Bama fan wants to start an argument about BS calls and no-calls.

Look up. I think the only metric LSU out performed Alabama was rushing, and still only averaged 3.9 YPC - which was a season low for LSU.

Julio had a hand on the ball while standing out of bounds. Incomplete.

No, but they easily dominated the scoring opportunities in the game. That's the point and that's why the BCS was happy to get the rematch.

BAMA missed 4 field goals, they hit 2. They only needed to hit one of those 4 and the game would have never seen OT.

BAMA has 6 scoring opportunities in regulation. LSU had 2 and hit both field goals. Therefore BAMA had 3 times the scoring opportunities as LSU in the game.

Only one whose hands are on the ball, clearly, in that pic is PP7.

So now we’re arguing over scoring opportunities?

“We deserve a rematch because we had more scoring opportunities!”

Look, in the end Bama has manhandled LSU over time since then but arguing that y’all earned a rematch because y’all had more scoring opportunities (which y’all failed to take advantage of) in this particular game is a little ridiculous.

all I know for sure is that Alabama has beaten LSU 10 of the 11 games and won 5 national titles since then

Why yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. The BCS was saying it too. And when you got to New Orleans for the rematch, LSU got it too. But they knew what was coming.

Now it's happened in the playoffs too, so that's a pretty dumb point.

And you don't see us screaming and crying like a bunch of crybabies about having to play UGA again. They deserved their shot.

Imagine getting beat by a qb who had 6 completions for 67 yards
