SO I rewatched every offensive snap of our arse kicking by MSU(props to them btw) and Brennan can not read a defense for shite, atleast in that game.

We had multiple open receivers on almost every play and he failed to find them. Bama is going to drop 60+ on MSU if they use the same scheme against them.

Ole miss is going to drop 50+ if MSU doesnt adjust.

MSU beat the shite out of us in the second half and their WRs embarrassed our Dbs over and over and our DC refused to adjust. But if MB just hits the wide open TDs, he has 4 more TDs.

Mac Jones will not miss those, Jones isnt Tua but he takes what is given to him and those WR are going to light MSU up.

Ole Miss is going to do the same thing. Kiffen is going to feast.

No I am not butt hurt at all, go look for yourself in this thread

watch the game

MSU is good on offense, but defenses will watch the LSU film and adjust, but their defense is not good.

Why will other teams adjust and not us?

I'm fine with Bama putting up 60 as long as State puts up 65.

Shootouts aren't exactly a rare commodity in a Leach team.

Jones is extremely accurate with the ball. I was impressed. We actually had very solid coverage the vast majority of the time and he was still fitting the ball in.

Look, MSU ain’t that good. Leach has not reinvented the game of football. LSU absolutely shite the bed. Truly embarrassing performance

Missing a wide arse open McMath for a would-be TD and instead trying to scramble and spin and getting popped was so bad

Brennan struggled to read the defense because of the complexity of the pressure that kept coming up front.

Every team has open receivers on every pass play. Whether or not the QB and the line can pick up the pressure and read the coverage is another story. And no, I'm not predicting a win over Alabama. But Ole Miss? I don't care how good their offense is....their defense is the worst in the conference by a significant margin. They won't stop anyone this year.

Not Leach alone of course, but just look at the NFL even a decade ago compared to what it is now.

You are joking right? You mean the Happy feet he got before the ball was even snapped?

GTFO.

MSU is good, no doubt, they just beat our arse up and down the field. But you were getting pressure because of MB holding the ball too long.

MB averaged 2.87 seconds to throw, longest in the SEC this season.

He had 3.14 seconds in the pocket to throw, second-most in SEC

He threw the ball in less than 2.5 seconds on just 28% of attempts, lowest in SEC (completed 13 of 16).

I am just pointing out, MSU isnt that good, we just suck arse or atleast do at this point and time.

Glad to know we’ll make no adjustments. We’ve openly mentioned the fact that our secondary is basically brand new. That was a lot of players’ first start. They’ll get better.

It took you one game to go from the next dynasty to accusing the teams that beat you of actually sucking.

Are LSU fans the most insufferable fans in existence?

But if State put 600+ yards on DBU, what are they going to do to the rest of the league?

Yeah, I think everyone except for Emerson had not started a game before in the defensive backfield, right?

Murphy started last year. Peters played some, but was hurt a lot of it I believe. The others were a walk-on and a couple of freshmen.

And Emerson left the game hurt. At one point we had a true freshman, a walk on, and two redshirt freshmen playing in the secondary.

Find a post of mine where I have ever said that we were the next dynasty. Please do.

Please find a post where I made an excuse or said MSU sucked. I plain and simply said they beat our arse up and down the field and that at this time...we, as in LSU, suck.

I used to think it was A&M fans, but the Mizzou fans are not far behind. Atleast Bama has a reason to be insufferable.

But again find a post where I have ever been insufferable, you fricking wont.

I want you to explain why every defense in the conference will make adjustments except for Mississippi State. You can’t because you are wrong (and dumb I might add) quit fricking melting over a game we all saw coming.

Well it showed. You may get better, but your issues seemed to be more scheme wise. Could have been players out of position though as you cant tell that without knowing each assignment.

Our issues on defense was your WRs abused our Dbs in 1 on 1s, over and over. On offense, MB has happy feet and can not process fast enough missing wide open WRs over and over.

I could be wrong and MSU may get way better on D, but I doubt it.

We have our own issues which are way more glaring. BOs first round with us started the same way. Hopefully it gets better quick or we lose to Bama, UF and Ole miss.
