From a distance it seems like the Flim-Flam-Bim-Bams have really blown by the Grinders as a program in performance and perception.

Hugh Freeze is killing it on the recruiting trail, and I fear that Merlins' bill boards won't help at all.

All B.S. aside Freeze's bang-for-buck ratio couldn't be higher.

Ole Miss in one year outpaced MSU in 4 under Merlin.

Freeze is recruiting his arse off and he can obviously coach up his players. They didn't have much talent on that team this year and were competitive in every game. They return like 19/22 starters and will have some impact true freshmen.

I think Ole Miss and Bama are LSU's only 2 losses next year.

They went 6-6 this year. And none of those impact players have been inked yet. I'll certainly give them props if they sign those guys they are after, but you never know for sure. But by all means, I hope you guys jinx the shite out of em.

They almost beat LSU and A&M and played Bama well. They return most of their starters (19/22) on a team that beat MSU and improved throughout the year.

They will get Nkemdiche and he will have immediate impact on their pass rush.

Their stadium is set to expand and their practice facilities to improve. Ole Miss is on the upswing no doubt in my mind.

Meanwhile in Grindland, Merlin's season absolutely tanked after beating a bunch of losers to start out the year.

Should we just give up now since Ole Miss is the best team in the SEC now

Mullen currently has the 14th ranked recruiting class in the country- State's highest in school history

You must be looking a really far distance

They also needed a last second FG to beat Arkansas

And aTm had 5 turnovers in their game. They tried everything possible to lose to OM and couldn't.

They were playing for bowl eligibility that game. Don't act like that common opponent is comparable. They had packed it in prior to the state game.
