Dude. It doesn't matter WHEN they took it. It was in their system.

Guilty.

Yeah but you guys have an entire team on PEDs.

Apples and oranges.

ETA: To be fair, so does Clemson.

Will the clemson guys be benched for the rest of the playoffs (if they beat ND) or just one game? Seems like if it's PED's you'd have to bench them till next season. Whatever positives they got from them could last for quite a while (although I admit I have no idea what they took).

They're gone for a full year.

How often were they tested through the year?

That's just because she was a woman. All Lance Armstrong ever did was suck on a few salt tablets here and there, you know, just to make his heart the size of a whale's heart. Just for that, they took away all his Tour De France championships.

The word Dabo used was "slither." Not "sliver"..."slither."

And since snakes DO slither, I will allow it.

Lance is just a dumb example... There were multiple witnesses who testified to his doping and how he beat the test. Two of the three have never failed a drug/PED test and have been in the program for three or more years.

How is it a dumb example?

It's the quintessential example of how its possible to beat drug testing in sport. Not just once or twice, but for years. Lance Armstrong was THE most dope tested athlete in history, and he never failed a drug test.

I don't know what happened in Clemson or why, nor do I care. They had a banned substance in their system. Both tests confirmed it.

Guilty.

Dude you were arguing about half life and saying they had to take it very recently. I said if it's a tiny trace, it could have been taken/exposed months ago.

I am not arguing he is not guilty of having it in his system. I am saying based on past history of no PED use despite being tested over the past several years in the playoff and by Clemson, it is plausible that it was exposure via contamination and not as part of some grand steroid scheme. Exposure via contamination has happened recently with a triathlete.

Well genius, in the case of the triathlete, her being able to prove the exposure was accidental and using an approved substance lifted her ban. It's that simple.

Y'all are so stupid. Everyone knows Saban never overlooks the on deck opppnent in preparation for the team in the hole. Bama is playing Oklahoma Saturday, not Clemson. Duh.

That's iron clad proof right there that they definitely couldn't have done something wrong this time. Yall need to appeal this shite. Has Dabo not told NCAA that most these players passed their drug test last year ?

This shite is crazy.

You need to brush up on your human physiology. With a half life of less than a day (hours) any trace of it will be totally out of the in less than 48 hours.

To me if the case you're is reality it's a worse scenario for Clemson. Wait til the NCAA says Clemson has to start vacating wins....

This is Juicing 101.

Hopefully the board learned something today.

Clemson had to resort to doping to beat us.

Prove us wrong, Clemson. Ohhhh that's right...you can't. And proof is on our side, not yours.
