Not what the linked stated at all. It said they obtained "leaked" documents from the first interview the police did.

Yes. The op link has the defense lawyer talking about the leak and how it's bad for his clients.
It's not at all what the op made it out to be. It's basically saying that she placed her trust in her bf and that he would never allow something like that to happen to her. They showed her the evidence from video.
