What would distinguish Florida from FSU or Texas if they fired Mullen now?

Its at the point in college football where it's mostly about the coaches IMO. The programs with enormous potential like Florida, Georgia, LSU, Bama, FSU, Texas, and USC still won't win championships without elite coaching.

JMO but you don't fire a good but not elite coach like Mullen until he straight up deserves it and you have a suitable candidate to replace him. Getting stuck with a Steele or Boom is even worse than treading water with Gus or Mullen.
