Remember when Bama fans were saying not #1 D maybe top 10?

We weren't expecting our '12 D to be world beaters.. we knew they were young and Saban/Smart alone would make sure it would at least be a top 10 type D. We expected our O to carry us this year. It's pretty much what happened.
All I keep hearing from the anti-bammers is "well this Defense is NOTHING like last years D..." Okay we knew that! But funny thing happened on the way to the BCSNCG We once again have the NATION'S BEST D and we weren't even expecting it LOL!!
So this is not LAST year's defense for whatever reason... They are still the best... And will be absolutely scary next year with CJ returning.

Because it is soo hard to beat all those top 5 teams your team had to get up for haha. The 3 defenses are so close it is really quite idiotic to be touting stats when one of the 3 played the easiest schedule ever formulated in football
