Running into the tunnel CAN be a penalty, but it's not an automatic one. The OP isn't even forthcoming with their initial supposition.

From Gemini.

quote:

Yes, running into the tunnel after a touchdown can be a penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct or excessive celebration. Officials will flag it if they deem the action "very demonstrative" or taunting, and the penalty is typically enforced as a 15-yard penalty on the subsequent try or kickoff.

Unsportsmanlike conduct: Actions that are "very demonstrative" or perceived as taunting are often penalized under unsportsmanlike conduct rules.

Excessive celebration: Officials can penalize players for excessive celebration, which is defined as any act that is over-the-top or goes beyond what is considered a normal or acceptable display of emotion after a score.

Penalty enforcement: A 15-yard penalty for this type of foul is enforced on the try (extra point or two-point conversion) or the ensuing kickoff, at the scoring team's option.

Was Harbor running into the tunnel because his momentum took him there any of those things?

Wasn’t because of that play - it was the hit in the second half.

How do you know he wasn't playing hurt because of the hammy pull and that caused the 2nd half hit?

We got some favorable calls Saturday. Howell hit Sellers (hard!) out of bounds on a critical 3rd down in 2nd half- no call. We also had a first down marked when we were probably a yard short.

Fellow objective Aggie when it comes to penalties?

Nice - yep. Watching the YouTube clip above clearly shows the concern for the injured hammy. SC’s crack medical staff administering hugs and kisses to make it all better.

I'm not sure what you're calling bullshite on. I said his momentum carried him towards the tunnel but then he kept going.

We're saying the same thing, hot head.

Celebration penalties are also on the books but they rarely call them anymore. much like only a dick cop writes jaywalking tickets ...

Well, that has noting to do with this. I expect that's because he cracked a rib on that tackle in the 4th quarter, and a cracked rib hurts like a son of a bitch, and he might well be a little but of a pussy, on account of being such a physical specimen, I'm assuming for his whole life, so winning came easy for him. (I really don't mean that last comment as a slight; it's just a common reality.)

Maybe the Cop's forearm shiver brised Harbor's ego so bad he needed medical attention...

They are getting primed to cheat for the SEC teams in the playoffs if they are stupidly given the chance.
