BigX going 0-6 in NYE/NYD bowls FTW.

I don’t know how anyone can say definitively either way. What information do we have on Tech? They are better than BYU. That’s all I’ve got.

I don’t know where all of this confidence is coming from regarding Texas Tech. Then again, Oregon isn’t some world beater either. Vegas gets things right a whole lot more than they miss

But does anyone actually want Texas Tech to win?

It's a really hard matchup to predict. It seems like it will be low scoring. The only thing that gives me pause is the time off for Tech and the lack of QB play in the Big 12.

If anything, the line has moved to UO (-2.5) which usually means the sharps know something more and leaning Oregon. I wouldn’t bet this game with someone else’s money. Tech has too long of a layoff which could hurt some teams. Will be interesting to see

Totally agree. The rust factor really worries me. All aggy had to do was beat the horns and it's be Oregon sitting on the shelf rusting as the 4 seed and not us.

At least Aggy is a poison pill for its fans as well. You can always count on them blowing their own brains out in a clutch. LOL at that pick in the end zone vs Miami. Our 4 seed situation has been partly avenged.

Interesting. Oregon matches well against their defense.

The other note of interest is that Dillingham at ASU was able to manipulate box counts with his formations since Tech plays in base almost exclusively. Stein and Dillingham are very similar.

At least our, one of several, billionaire is self made and was once a starter, o-line, for his school. Mike Leach era.

After Tech beats Oregon, I'll be picking them to beat your whatchamacallems. More will be on board by then.

There's no chance in hell Texas Tech is getting to the finals. Tech is good but Oregon matches well and Indiana even better.
