This is a stupid comment. There is a difference in team rules and the law. Even if charges were not brought against him, if the team is aware of evidence that he did this, he should be disciplined accordingly.

Are you serious? The team should taken action against something he "allegedly" did? Even if the team did their own investigating, and found no "evidence".

Thank you, I have been embarrassed for some Georgia fans this off season as they have started thread after thread about Mullen and the Gators showing a high level of anxiety about the Gators fast improvement under Mullen. I could name them but I won't. It has been kinda sad to watch.
The off season is about over, it's time to settle our differences on the field, IMO the East will be decided in Jax on Nov 2nd. May the best team and coaching staff win. Dogs better be ready because the Gators are coming.

Try reading my post again, slowly this time. I said "if the team is aware of evidence that he did this".
In this case I don't know if there is evidence or not. But the mere fact that charges were not brought against him should not be an automatice clearance at the team level, as stated in referenced post.

I also clearly stated in this thread earlier - I am not clearly sold on Mullen yet, because I don't buy early success, like Muschamp's or McElwain's.
