Per capita, Louisiana has as many hot girls as anywhere in the country. Not saying anything bad about LSU's lovely coeds from Texas, or anywhere else.

I am pretty sure by this comment you have never been to BCS. my last trip to Reed was about a year ago and they have attractive women. They may be lipsticks, but lipsticks by their very nature are hot.

I definitely agree with UGA at #1, that campus is absolutely lousy with 10's.
Kentucky and SCAR both need to be much higher IMO.
The rest look about right.
Pro-tip regarding A&M: the engineering block is at one end of campus, and the education and psych buildings are at the other. Look at a map ahead of time, and plan your walking route accordingly.
