I agree, but Auburn is only a slight notch better than Tennessee because the state of Alabama puts out more talent than Tennessee does. As far as money and fan support, UT beats out auburn but rich Pukes and fans don't play football. Four and five star players win games. There's just too many honkies in Tennessee outside of Memphis.

Middle TN football is improving rapidly. See Tyrel Dodson at TX AM and the freshman LB at LSU.

I think UT is slightly above Auburn but behind UF.

UT is a better job than Auburn, UF is better than both only because of all the high school talent in Florida

UT has a sudden influx of instate talent and a massive revenue stream. Auburn is a great job too, but I actually go with Tenn on this surprisingly. Two years ago clearly Auburn. But considering Auburn doesn't have a distinct "home turf" that is uniquely theirs, I go Tenn. Tenn has been producing some strong recruits, and UT is the state of Tennessee so they always have the best shot(similar to LSU)

So

Florida
UT
Auburn

I'm aware that middle Tennessee is getting better than it's been. The Next Tennessee coach needs to go back to what was Fulmer's bread and butter. Recruit the Carolinas, North Georgia, and he will have to lock down the few true studs that the state of Tennessee produces. If the Vols can't get Gruden I truly believe Tee Martin would be a recruiting machine. He had the 98 ring to flash and he could recruit nationally. I know you or no other Vol gaf about what I or any other gump thinks, but puttting myself in a Vol fans shoes Tee Martin would be my strong #2 pick for HC.
