I want to see what Kirby can do with his own recruits.

I'd swap Kirby & Jimbo seeing as one has a champ & the other doesnt.

What tier is Aranda? He's the next HC promotion.

Change tier 1 to God.

I’m in amazement just how good Saban is.

Not sure how you can rank Kirby over a coach who has won a National Title, right yet. Maybe one day, but not yet. I am not going into your other rankings, though.

Jimbo has multiple Conference Championships and a NC and you have Kirby ahead of him?

I feel like Muschamp doesn't belong with Mullen, Gus, and Jimbo. He's not unproven either. He should just be in his tier of average.

I wouldn't put him above Fisher yet....but why his "own" recruits? I mean, he obviously has recruited great talent. Do you think just because he recruited them he is going to forget how to coach them?

I understand if you want to wait to see if he can bring in talent, but that has definitely been answered.

I’d easily take Kirby over Jimbo today.

Kirby has no business being over Jimbo or Malzahn.

Jimbo won a natty and Malzahn has been to just as many as Kirby.

Look at how he left FSU. Sure he's got his accolades, but very questionable to be put with saban.

Kirby is busting his arse.

Georgia had a Senior laden team that Kirby had nothing to do with. I have no doubt Kirby is recruiting at a high level but lets see him develop his own recruits.

Of course you would.

Just like Eason was the savior then it was Fromm now it is Fields etc.

Jimbo has done significantly more than Kirby. After a few years if Kirby has sustained success then we can place him at or near that level.

Jimbo won a natty. Kirby was one play away. The difference there is immaterial. Going forward, I’d rather have Kirby. Just my opinion.

Overreact much??

UGA had a good team and a weak schedule. Swap Auburn and UGA's schedules and you probably swap results as well. One good run with a fairly loaded roster, does not make you the #2 coach in the conference. What he has done so far is pretty much on par with Gus' first year.

Gus has to compete against the clear #1 every single year, and beat him for the division 2 out of 5 years. Jimbo has actually won a national title. At best Kirby is on that level until further notice.

Granted with the way he is currently recruiting, and the state of the SEC East he won't have to be much more than an average coach to rack up a lot of wins the next few years.
