Can you give me the breakdown on Case Keenum, Colt Brennan, and Graham Harrell's Heisman seasons?

The rest of the Au team had 1575 yards rushing on 321 attempts for a 4.9 yard per carry average, Bo had a 6.4 ypc average and 1786 yds on 278 carries. They were a running offense to say the least. Tailored for a RB.

You're right, Bo should have been much better running the ball.
He was. 148.8 yds per game rushing to Ingram's 118.4.

In a different offensive era.

Well this is called the SEC rant, and im damn sure about to. Im taking time out of my busy schedule to educate you ratards, so liten up. Herschel was UGA when he was there. There was absolutely no offensive talent around him. In the 1980 championship Buck Belue completed 1 pass, one! Herschel had 36 carries 150 yards and 2 touchdowns. He averaged 159 yards per game for his career. Each season was 11the games long, not 12 and no SEC title games. 33-3 career record. 5259 yards in 3 years. No redshirt year. If I am not mistaken Herschel didnt have a loss to louisianna monroe on the resume either. 220 lbs running a 9.9 100. Enjoy yoself!

The discussion is Heisman winners, not Citrus Bowl MVPs.

Yah. He did it in a run based offense.

Bo 276 carries his Heisman yr for 1786 yds and 17 TD's 6.4 ypc
Ingram 271 carries his Heisman yr for 1658 yds and 17 TD's 6.1 ypc

Not that much difference to be in a catered to offense that Bo had. Then figure in plays and yards from scrimmage, and Ingram had the same 6.6 yards per play, but more TD's and more yards. And I do factor those, because the Heisman is about best player. Make a Doak Walker best of thread if you want to use only running numbers.

That's all fine and dandy, but we're not discussing NC years. We're discussing Heisman yrs.

Fishing, posting pictures on non-SEC Heisman winners, and posting names of non-Heisman winners all on the same page...

You're on a roll.

You say Bo was more catered to and then post stats of Ingram having more touches. Can you be any less logical?

Then you talk about more TDs and more yards without factoring in more games played.

I responded to a post where you mentioned he should have had better rushing numbers than Ingram. Try to keep up. I know it is hard when you are being illogical, but you have shown the ability to remain steadfast in your ignorance in the past and I don't expect you to slack off now.

You also act like stats are the only thing that matters, but then ignore the fact that, if that is the case, you validate the argument that Ingram didn't deserve the Heisman in the first place.

You act like 85 Auburn was this monolithic offense. Au ran the ball over 300 times besides Bo's 271 times. You don't think that wears down defenses and gives him an advantage in padded stats towards the end of games?

If you want to use straw arguments to discount Ingram, then live with the same in discrediting Bo's numbers.

Touches were very close to the same.

What straw argument did I use? Please make sure you understand context when you answer.

I assume you think Toby Gerheart should have won the Heisman over Ingram. :herecomesthelogicalgymnastics:

At the time of the Heisman voting he had fewer yards and 1 more game. You lose again.

In two more games.

They're running backs, they one the trophy as such. Try not cherry-picking stats to make him look more impressive.

Ingram: 6.1 ypc
Jackson: 6.4 ypc
Walker: 4.9 ypc

using yfs ypc instead of rushing ypc.

Not sure if this has been said yet, but here we go.

Ingram wasn't even the best back in the state.
