He is smart. If he talks about it, he will have to provide proof. He served his purpose in trying to stick a knife into Auburn, now he is not prepared to back it up.

Everyone knows Chaz is lying. AU dosen't even sell out for big games (ask any ua fan on this board), so how the hell would Chaz make 5k-6k selling tickets to AU games
It's a way for boosters to get money to players. It depends on who you sell your tickets to.

If Auburn allowed him to sell tickets to boosters we are in BIG trouble, BIG... But I do not believe that part for 1 second... the $500 handshakes, yea, I believe that...

why is Chaz not trying to talk or not back it up.. Did not read that in the statements made.

According to Lee Ziemba in an interview today, AU players tickets are all electronic. There is no physical ticket to sell. On top of that players have to put all the names of potential users of their tickets on a list that can't be changed after 3 games.
To believe what he said, he would have to be selling his game tickets to people like his mom and dad and immediate family for hundreds of dollars a pop. So if he is selling his iron bowl ticket for a 1000 dollars to a friend, he isn't much of a friend. He is a complete douche bag.

Now that all the parties are gone I've got a little bit to add to that whole situation if anyone cares to hear about it. My info comes directly from Jason Bosley our starting center at the time.
come on marshall, tell us about that chop block!

Not for Ramsey. I doubt a fan or booster would even know who he was while he was playing. He was overshadowed by Pugh and Ziemba.

Wanna save money on gas? Try filling up your gas tank.
That's big time out of the box thinking. Not driving your car and walking helps too.

This is the cliff notes version. It was intentional and considered payback by the staff for a late hit Dorsey put on B Cox at the end of the 1st half from the previous year. Tubs and company felt Pelini was condoning and even encouraging dirty play and this was there way of getting even.
Bosley didn't come out and say this was all intentional but it was pretty obvious they didn't feel sorry for Dorsey and when he said something to the effect that "I bet they don't take cheap shots at our QB's anymore" it didn't exactly take a genius to figure out what he was saying.
FTR Dorsey did hit Cox late the previous year and it might have cost us a rematch with UF for the right to beat tOSU but I didn't think it was dirty enough to warrant the chop block on Dorsey.

Interesting. Thanks Marshall. I thought it was intentional. Didn't know about the cox thing.

Of all people. The guy who executed the take-out Dorsey play, is now throwing his college under the bus.

I believe this to be an accurate statement although I'm not sure Tubs would have used that adjective to describe Dorsey.

FIFY. There is a debate as to whether this is the real deal or not.

I agree and understand that Auburn Player tickets are electronic but if we set up some kind of scheme to allow him to sell tickets for big cash to boosters, they would just get him a paper ticket for a regular seat to sell.

FTM, I'm sure that he could have gotten his regular student ticket allotment and sold them for big bucks. Unless there's a specific provision that prevents roster players from getting student tickets, I don't see how you could stop someone from selling them for cash.
