No clue why you're trying to grammatically correct people when you're repeatedly making the error of starting sentences off with "and" then have trouble with the spelling of a four letter word. This is 3rd grade stuff. Might want to fix that before tackling more advanced concepts like the differences between xenophobia and racism.
