He really is. I wanted them to ask the follow up question of "Boom what could the fans have done Saturday to help you win"?

Will needs better players. He needs to recruit better. Pretty simple. As a coach he is as good or bad as most of the others.

Hey man I didn’t have any say or else local legend Dog West would be on the sidelines. He’d coach ‘em up better than the sweaty doughy autist we have running the circus now.

We didn't want him. Ray Tanner has some kind of romance with him. When I heard the news he was our coach I literally got sick. He lost to GA Southern at Florida and without throwing a pass. I didn't want his sorry arse

They did throw a pass. It was just incomplete.

If he's going to say blah, blah, blah, he should end with "I got nothing".

That is not an oddity with a Jeff Monken coached team, who was the HC at Georgia Southern then. Army averages a win or two each year where they don't complete a pass and they crushed Air Force two years ago in a game where they didn't even attempt a pass.

Let's just say that there is little chance Monken installs an Air Raid offense at Army.

That's definitely a viable approach to the game, and one of the few ways you can win with defense.

But something that puzzles me is you can run a spread offense as a ball control offense.

Nevada did it all the time in the Kaepernick era. South Carolina was effectively this when we had our string of double digit win seasons.

We have all these coaches coming from defense, and none of them want to use that formula?

Listen don’t be mad at Champ. It’s not his fault Tanner offered him the job. He tried to show Tanner exactly who he was with his four years at Florida but Tanner thought he was smarter than everyone else. Was Champ supposed to turn the contract down? This isn’t on him, it’s on the guy that hired him despite all the evidence of what he was.

Aye, which is why most everyone wants Tanner fired first. Let the new AD figure out how to handle the football job.

This is eerily similar to the position LSU was in with Alleva. After the Troy game people were screaming for Orgeron's head, but Alleva was still there and nobody trusted him to hire the next head coach.

Yep... that's a lot to ask from fans on a road game. Does Boom know there are more road games ahead??

Buy better players for him like Clemson does.

The way his trajectory has been going he’s about to be the new head coach at Tennessee.
