Not sure, doesn't happen that often.
Right, but when it does, it just so happens to be to up tempo offenses that he now thinks need to be shut down with a rule change.
Because you know... injuries and stuff.

Au contraire. He knows the game is passing him by and that he does need this rule change to win another NC. The reason why is because the HUNH is becoming more popular and he can't figure out a way to solve it. With Gus and Sumlin in the fold, he knows his days are numbered.

South Carolina 2010.

... and who did they lose to in 2012 for him to complain about it?

As you are late to the party you have missed what the disagreement was based on. Coaches have opinions, Nick is a coach. For some strange reason when he states his it is big news. Weird.

Oh well that changes everything.

Get the frick out of here with bullshite he won the last two out of 3 championships and 3 out of five.
You Auburn people are beyond morons, he loses to Gus by allowing 14 points in 40 seconds and plays Bob Stoops the year he talked shite about the SEC, so you knew Stoops had to step it up, but the game is somehow passing him by.

Wasn't talking to you. Re-read what i said.

Saban has done nothing but whine about the fast pace type offenses.
This is not true.

You, like any other BAMA fan, are too biased and have your head so far up his arse to see it
This is not true.

And its obvious why
He losses to those offenses, and tries to change the rules. Doesn't look like crying at all.

If I weren't on my tablet, I'd go start pulling quotes

Gus took away the pass , and only run 3 plays and Saban still did not beat him and still whinning! Lmao
Posted on 2/15/14 at 9:29 pm to Prominentwon
See, now you are expressing your opinion without trying to dictate mine or fly off the handle because I am a Bama fan. I am not concerned in the least with whatever offense you want to run. Personnel concern me more and being able to match up.

He wouldn't have come up with this ridiculous rule if he could figure out a way to stop the HUNH.
I wonder if his offensive coordinator was successful running the HUNH he would still have come up with the proposal in the name of "player safety."
That is the most egregious thing about the proposal-he's being a weasel by using the player safety argument. Leach says if anything, the hurry up offense is SAFER than a traditional offense.

I love Leach, but quoting him as being the voice of reason is pretty funny. Even he would agree with that.

Leach said it. That solves it. Why didn't you tell us this sooner so we could end this!

So in 2010 he loses three games. Two of them to LSU and USCe and Auburn but you can throw that Auburn win out as an anomaly because of Cam Newton.
In 2011 he loses to LSU again.
So in 2011 and 2012 who do you think he's recruiting to beat? It's not Auburn and it's certainly not Texas A&M. He's recruiting to beat LSU. And he did a damn good job of it. The problem is that then he discovered that he'd overdone it. His linebackers can't compete with HUNH and he's been paying the price for that ever since. The Process doesn't work against it. His program is not built to deal with it. He can stop some versions of it, but it's becoming obvious pretty fast that more and more offenses will be going to this, and then LSU hires Cam fricking Cameron so if he goes all in to deal with HUNH he knows he's going to be losing to LSU again.
What to do?
Normal coaches adapt but Saban isn't normal. He fancies himself above the game. So he goes all in to change the game to suit himself. Because that would be easier.
And that's just the way it is gumps. He's been exposed. He didn't learn the lesson Gus taught him the first time because he attributed it all to Cam Newton.
Sucks to be you because if he doesn't get this passed, you're at least a year behind the curve while LSU has been stopping this shite from the get go.

Yep you guys are way ahead of the curve. Only six loses in two years. Only two next year improves that to five in two years. I think we have found the model of success.
