BAMA’s home and home series with Notre Dame got pushed back to 2029. We play Ohio State in a home and home starting next year. I’m looking to go to South Bend in ‘29 for that one. My question is assuming most of you flew in, did everyone stay in Chicago and drive over? Anyone drive and stop over in Indy? Are there any hotels in that area? Never too early to prepare. I want to walk the campus as well.

College football won’t exist in 2029.

Should you avoid going to Gary, Indiana?

Yes - most did

Georgia folks all but took over the Chicago scene

One person even asked “Why are there so many Green Bay people here and why are they wearing red?”

Georgia fans also had a huge presence at Wrigley Field for a Cubs game (Vince Dooley threw out the 1st pitch)

It was wild seeing us take over a large downtown area like that, plus stadiums for not only the Irish, but also the Cubs…

Braves played to Cubs and Falcons played the Bears the same weekend.

Coastal Ga folks had a hard decision to make that weekend because we had Hurricane Matthew bearing down.
