I didn't get to watch the 2nd half of yall game. The 1st half was a dog fight. Did the refs call it fair in the 2nd half? Or did they call it for LSU at home.

Why couldn't you watch the 2nd half? Late night Waffle House shift?

I’ll answer on behalf of Florida but they absolutely got screwed. In fact, there was at least one missed call on LSU on every play and Florida had multiple TDs called back on fantom holdings.

Also, saying “Y’all game” instead of Y’all’s game is proof that you are probably a Bama bandwagon ULL fan

It was called mostly fair.

The difference was LSU's D figured it out. We got a stop and a critical take away in the red zone in the second half.

I loved how the refs generally just swallowed their flags. The game was not about penalties at all. No calls both ways, all night. Trask was as good as he could have been, but that pinpoint accuracy just couldn't last every single throw of the game. Other than UF not stopping us from scoring, that was the difference.

The zebras had a good game
LSU ran the shite out of the ball
Burrow was money
LSU's D came up with more stops
Dan Merlins fricked up by flipping qb's
should have stuck with Flask
LSU was the better team

Thread over

Refs kept their flags to a minimum along the trenches. There was holding going on but on both sides. The biggest wtf call was a roughing the passer on play late in the game that LSU had intercepted and would have iced the game. Supposedly we hit the quarterback low but in reality it was on his hip. It could have been a huge decision in the game but eventually it was a nothing burger

First, to see a gump accuse LSU of getting favoritism from gump bought and paid for refs is funny as hell. Second, there were at least 5 uncalled holding calls FLORIDA offensive linemen got away with. Blatant holding. Gump, your refs won’t save your asses this year.

They could have called some holds on both teams. Bottom line is that LSU's defense did enough to put Florida away. Refs didn't impact the outcome.

2 stops in the red zone late by LSU.
Refs stayed out of the way.
Mullen got nervous at the end.
LSU ran the ball consistently.
LSU passed the ball consistently.
No pressure from UF’s D.

I think that about covers it.

Re the low hit on the QB, Coach O clarified that it was a late hit. Questionable, too.
