No, but it’s inevitable. As long as we get LSU too, oh well.

Who gives a shite about garbage expansion teams. Stick all the SWC/Big8 teams in their own division to play each other.

None of us founding members want anything to do with them.

That doesn’t appear to be an option.
Dry your tears.

Sips? Why does Aggie constantly say this? Is that supposed to be a clever burn or something?

Yes. Arkansas and LSU as well would be my preference.

LSU will probably want to stick with their much more important rivals. Honestly I don’t think LSU and Aggie are any more of a rivalry that Miss State vs LSU. Just another game. It’s never had real championship meaning on the national level or SEC for that matter.

Generations old moniker.
Old Ags insisted the men at the College of Texas A and M drank whiskey, fought wars, and worked for a living, whilet he horns in Austin sat at home, sipping tea.

Like almost all of our traditions, its origin is rooted in the activities and language of cadets from many a day gone by.

Oh so another weird “ tradition “. Sounds like the old Aggie thought the Horns were soft? How did they explain the Horns football dominance?

T-sips.

Just another silly nickname for a rival. No stranger than calling Auburn "the Barners" or a dozen other instances both in the SEC and elsewhere.

They just dismiss the Texas wins that occurred outside the only time period they consider legitimate, which is basically in the 80s and early 90s, culminating in the 1994 season where they were banned from TV and a bowl game.

Yes, we dominated during that period, but I don't recall ever seeing an Aggie in the 2020s trying to limit the comparison to a 15-year window that ended more than two decades ago.

Personally, I think there is a fair comparison if we look at the entire "modern era" and that it is reasonable to define that term as the period after TAMU started admitting female students and made Corps/military participation non-mandatory.

During that time period (call it the last 50 years or so) the series is essentially even.

They were shite for brains. Your so called record was largely run up against a totally military school during war years. Since then it’s pretty even.

you just sound so angry.

This is why we all laugh at the lack of accomplishments from your football program, and the hubris that comes with it. No need to be THIS angry if you feel that your program is top 10.

Question.

Does aggy have a program better than LSU’s?

I keep asking that and none of you would seem to give a yes or no answer.

Well, we will be playing Alabama for the men's basketball championship next weekend, while LSU is sitting in the cellar at 2-13.

So I think the answer to your question is ... yes.
