these type threads get started all the time. As soon as it's LSU it's all of a sudden forbidden.

yep and the biggest protesters are usually the ones who start those threads for their team

Kinda how ultimatehog on page 1 completely down played baseball yet I'm sure I could find a few dozen pre season posts from him regarding Arkansas baseball.

Also, doesn't change the fact that college baseball is unbelievably small and was beat out in attendance by NCAA hockey this year. Reminds me of the track threads, ton of success, but a pretty lackluster sport and few actually care, especially around the country.

How many times can you lose in the ncaa basketball tournament and still win the national championship?

How many times can you lose in the regular season in basketball and then get hot and win a national title?

Overall though I agree there is much more parity in college baseball and basketball than in football.

Football is the only sport where every game usually is make or break.

Every other sport has an extensive playoff.

You have to win at 10 postseason games to win the title in baseball, just 1 in football (soon to be 2)

Too bad 99% of the country isn't even aware college baseball exists

you'd be surprised how few know college football exists. Go up to Boston or New York or Chicago

Less than the amount you can lose in college baseball. Is that the answer you were looking for?
