It really is a moot point, but it rustles the LSU fans.
It means nothing to Alabama fans, as we have too many NC winning teams.

All of the Bammers topics and responses on the matter say otherwise.

I don’t believe that either.

They would trade places. In a heartbeat. Instead, all they have is "the one ring to rule them all." Hypothetically.

That is OK, everybody has an opinion. It is really hard to compare past teams against one another. The best that can be said "that team was the best that year"

Plus the correct answer is still 1995 Nebraska.

One was a historically great team led by historically great players that defeated a team on a 29 game win streak for the title + 6 other Top 10 teams.
One was a joke that played against girls, a 7 win team with half its roster in the title, and had a 3 week bye in November.
ETA: (Oh, and let’s not forget their Semifinal opponent fresh off of a 24 point loss and their 8-4 SECCG opponent) ?

Maybe to Arkansas fans.

I agree. Both were great teams. Any comparison is meaningless imo and akin to my dad can beat up your dad conversations in elementary school.
It's hard to disagree with any of this, and honestly I thought the '20 Bama team had a decent argument as the GOAT, perhaps more so than LSU fans cared to admit, but now with Burrow, Jefferson and Chase already establishing themselves "elite" players in the NFL, the '20 Alabama team is staring to take a little hit on the general perception front.

I didn't see anything that was "wrong" or a lie in anything that Bill or the InfoChecker posted.
What was it?
