First Time Poster Short Time Lurker...

I have to say that Tua is one of the classiest elite athletes I've had the privileged to see represent his university on and off the field. He's freakishly good and was a frog hair away from having the most efficient QB rating in college football history. If he had won the trophy, as an OU fan, there's not much I could argue with about that outcome. It just so happens, Kyler had a slightly better season statistically save for the most important stat: wins. Bottom line is, he's a winner plain and simple. I'm glad my dude won the trophy but it's a shame one of them to be disappointed.

I dont want to blow smoke but I just wanted to pass on my respect for Tua. It's super rare this day and age to have such and gifted and a fierce competitor be so humble at the same time. Here's to him being healthy for the Orange Bowl.

Roll Tide and Boomer Sooner!

Tua vs Kyler in the Orange Bowl is a once in a lifetime CFB QB matchup and honestly either could have won the hesiman any other season. It will be a fantastic game and props to Kyler as well.

Perfectly okay with Kyler winning it. I think it probably fired Tua’s teammates up for the game. I’ll trade a Heisman for a Bama NC every time.

Hey HighwayBill.

Congrats to Kyler Murry. He seems to be a class young man and I wish him the best in his future.

Except December 29,2018.

Should be very a very entertaining game.

I'm just glad Tua doesn't have to worry about the Heisman curse. Maybe just the opposite now...

I’m curious if this game breaks some kind of rating record. Two of the best QBs in the history of college football lining up in the same game. I don’t even care that we’re probably going to lose by two touchdowns. Literally every snap is going to have a buzz in the air.

Much appreciated. Kyler is awesome, no sour grapes here. He earned it.

Bama fans frequently embarrass me, but posts and attitudes such as this from a rival help us to all see the humanity behind all of our bravado.
Oklahoma friends of mine are great examples of what fans should be and how they should act. Thank you.
