Texas OU is great. But it's got the advantage of being at the exact halfway point between the schools, and Dallas is a big enough city where lodging isn't remotely an issue.

Plus, outdoor Dallas cotton bowl>>>>>Jerry Jones Arlington nightmare.

I think there simply aren't many other rivalry games that have those same logistics.

(Apologies if just not seeing others due to pure ignorance.)

Those are two annual matchups that are always neutral site.

But just pitting any two teams against each other in Houston, Dallas, or Atlanta is getting stale. Just do home and homes.
