there are four teams clearly better than both right now.

Alabama, LSU, South Carolina and Georgia.

There are four teams that are on about the same level, and who they will be fighting for wins. Miss St, Auburn, Florida and Arkansas (Note if Arky hires a good coach they will once again be in the top bracket.)

Tehre are four teams there better tahn: Vandy Kentucky Ole Miss and Tennessee. (Note, if bray has a good year tennessee could move up a group)

Due to the coaching change at aTm, Missouri does better in their SEC debut

I know exactly what I am talking about. Texas A&M lost to OU and OSU last year, that makes us losers. SEC schools A,B&C loses to LSU and Alabama and that makes them champions in their minds. I am waiting for the games to be played next year before I talk any smack, but mid range SEC teams are absurd in their confidence.

LSUTil_iDie--Thanks for the links!

Based on this info I have A&M going 8-4 (losses to Florida, LSU, Alabama, and Mizzou). I have Mizzou going 9-3 (losses to Florida, South Carolina, and Alabama).

Now that Arkansas has gone down the tubes, we'll have 9 or 10 wins. We'll beat UF & Mizzou at home - the toss up is LSU. Look at our schedule, we are poised for a good year.

since 2003, the sec has produced a national champion or undefeated team every year but 2005. we have played 17 bowl games against the big 12 in that time frame. we are 13-4 in that time, including 3-0 record in national title games.

You've lost to a mid-range SEC team the last 3 years you've played them. If you can't even beat them, what makes you think you'll come in and hang with the likes of Alabama and LSU?
