Problems at the Capstone

Saban's demise will be his inability to keep top assistants on his staff. He has coaches bolting everywhere to get the hell out. Eventually Saban will have to start dipping into DII schools in order to fill his coaching vacancies.

I agree. We would be dodging a huge bullet if he would just go on to coach the Dallas Cowboys. Bama program is in deep trouble as long as Saban remains.

People will always want to work with him. They won't stay long but plenty will want to learn how he runs, organizes, and maintains a program.

True. Look at former coaches who worked under Saban getting big time gigs.
