One of the best Aggie seasons of my lifetime may not have happened. Records say their only blemish was a tie to lowly SMU, but who knows, they didn’t play on TV.

Lawsuits aren’t filed without evidence. They have evidence. Exactly what does it imply is the question.

You seem to believe they need a rule to expel LSU. They don’t.

As Sankey said….the concensus amongst our members is that even if LSU doesn’t use the former NFL players, we don’t feel they have the ability to follow the rules.

It really depends on what evidence they have. I don’t see Sankey filing a lawsuit against LSU without evidence to win.
