South Carolina was not much to look at in my opinion. I didn't like Kentucky for some reason, and I've never been much on an entirely urban setting, as in Vanderbilt's case. Still, they all had some nice things about them, so I wouldn't call them shitholes.

I would really like to know whom, that has already posted. has actually visited every campus in the SEC. I have only visited 6. Ole Miss, Miss State, Alabama, Auburn, Florida and of course LSU. If we discussing campus (only)and nothing to do with people, but just the physical campus itself, then..... despite my disdain for UA, I would have to say Alabama and LSU rank highest of the six.
Other than being a fan of AU, I cannot understand why TideHater or anyone would rank AU as a pretty campus. It is probably the most hap-hazardly laid out campus of all that I have seen. The people from Auburn that I have known and met are all really fine people, but the campus is in no way remarkable.
UF is a fun place to visit and there are more hot babes than you can shake your wanker at. But the campus is nothing special.
Ole Miss and MSU have a southern charm but and seem to have some sort of campus plan, but not up there with UA and LSU. I have always wanted to visit UT and UGA, just never had the pleasure.

MSU's stadium's HD screen alone has to put their campus in consideration for one of the prettiest campuses in the nation.

Are you sure you've been to Vanderbilt? That campus is probably the least "urban" of any in the SEC. That is unless you are rating campuses based on areas that aren't a part of the campus.

Just wait until all the construction is finished.

Yes, I have. Used to make the trip every other year when Alabama played Vandy on an annual basis under the old SEC schedule. Just don't like the city surrounding.

I've been to all twelve, although not all for a football game. I've spent plenty of time at all the SEC west campuses, as well at Tennessee and Vanderbilt.

Yes, I have. The 2004 Alabama-Kentucky football game. It had some nice aspects, but I just liked the ten ahead on my list better. Like I said a couple time in this thread, there are very many great aspects to all SEC campuses. I don't think you'll find another conference where there are so many great campuses.

The Indian Mounds are part of the history of Baton Rouge and a reverred part of the campus.

I am still going to take a dump in the mounds this year.

LSU will always be my favorite for obvious reasons. That said, the oak trees on the campus make it so beautiful. Arkansas has an unreal campus. Ole Miss is very nice and so is Alabama.
I really do not see the love for Auburn's campus at all. The campus was covered in pine trees with a bunch of new, cheap looking classroom buildings/dorms all over the place. That Samford Hall (?) was very nice looking, but that was about it. The place reminded me a lot of Ruston, LA.

There is nothing to like about the Florida campus, at least when I was there.
UGA is nice, but so are most of the others including Arkansas, Auburn, Bama, Ole Miss and LSU's.
Vandy's is pretty lame (tame) and Miss State is pathetic.
Those are the only one's I've been to.

Pretty classles, but then again you are an auburn fan, so I guess you shouldn't ask something of someone you know is totally incapable. I hope you do that, and in the process I hope you're arrested.

I am in Auburn about once a week, and it is not my idea of a beautiful campus. It's a nice campus, but it is lacking in areas that I subjectively like.
I love the UA campus. The live oaks lining the road, antebellum looking buildings, wide open quad, etc...Bryant-Denny looks great with the new entrance.
Baton Rouge, Athens, and Oxford would beat out Auburn as well for me. Gainesville and Vandy are the only other two campuses I have been to, and they are not good looking campuses.
IMO, judging from the ones I have been to...
UA
UGA
LSU
OM
AU
UF
VU
Unknown...
UT
MSU
USCe
ARK
UK

Florida's campus by far and away.
The campus is beautiful, with huge oak trees and old brick buildings everywhere. How many campuses have the Swamp and O'Dome right next to each other in the heart of the campus??
Fla
burn
bama
lsu
ole miss
the rest
