since you have nearly as much trouble recollecting as you do not douching up threads, the reason nutt shopping himself around even got brought up is that your ilk kept claiming that he truly loved the school and it was a tragedy that anyone would question the purity of his intentions. everyone would have been delighted if nc state or miami had been dopes enough to hire him away.

All I will say is people think they run college sports. In reality, the people that run it couldnt care any less what fans think. Fans don't make decisions or even have a say in decisions. The public has no clue how athletic departments are run nor should they.

As for Houston Nutt not contacting other schools about their vacancies. You really are one of the most simple minded morons if you believe he didn't. This is not a dig at Nutt in any way. When smart people are contemplating quitting a job, they contact other employers to see if they would be hired or not. Or they ask a friend if they know of any place that is hiring and then have them put in a word for them. Once they feel that they have it in the bag THEN they let their boss know they are quitting. The coaches friends are their agents who do all of the "feeling" and searching. Houston didn't wait until he was fired and then go "oh well now I need to go find a job" He was looking before it was official to the public, as he should have been. Don't be so fricking stupid.

Are you really this stupid Bill? I in fact said that Nutt did of course have contact with other schools about their vacancies, and that he of course isn't the only coach to do so.

So from reading the last few pages your making it sound like every college basketball coach in America has a "Camp" and I think sone of you hogs believe coaches have a 5-10 member entourage like actors, musicians/rappers, or politicians.
