According to Mike Irwin, Long didn't decide to go after Mike until last night after "ground swell" from the boosters. He has asked permission to speak to Mike and will receive it. Mike is expected to accept the job and become the next head coach. All of the big "movers and shakers" are unified in support of Mike and ready for the program to get back to winning and where it is suppose to be...

Kentucky's first SEC home loss in 3 years. Just happened to be Arkansas' first trip to Lexington Kentucky after we joined the SEC.

Notice the trademark full court pass to beat the press.

FWIW, i played golf at the club here in conway today, then ate dinner tonight at the 19th hole. Jim Lindsey and what appeared to be his family were eating a few tables over from me.

So, Jim Lindsey in Conway obviously means we are going after Corliss and/or Clint Conque.

2nd game in BWA, 1st televised

This is a game I remember well, IIRC this Mizzou team went on the win their conference and make it to the elite 8...
