Normally anything from Volnation should be immediately disregarded, but this may be a real possibility.



Not Hart tho. Jimmy Cheek's day are likely numbered either way.

I certainly wouldn't be upset if Cheek was fired, in fact, I've thought that should probably happen for several years now. I don't exactly know how I feel about Hart. But if we fired both of them over this I'd be disappointed in a way, because it means we caved at the hands of a lawsuit that still looks shaky at best. No different than what Mizzou did over a case that mostly picked up steam due to a blind mob mentality. If we want less of these bogus cases popping up (not saying there aren't some that are legitimate) then colleges and instututions need to develop a backbone and stop giving people what they want.
