Both QBs are wild cards in this game. It'll be interesting to see how Bo does in his first game back from major shoulder surgery.

Bo is throwing and will be near 100% by August 29th. He played most of last year banged up so Im not worried about him

First games back from major surgery are usually tough. It'll be a key factor.

your offensive like gave up 8+ sacks in the spring game I'd be pretty worried, but that's me.

Vandy's D will likely be one of the 3 or 4 best in the SEC next season

Predicting Vandy' w's/l's for the 2013 football season
Hey Reb, you know anything about a cupcake place called gigi's in tupelo?

O yeah, and they just had the best year they will ever have. So, 7-6.

What was it about Vandy's schedule that caused you to immediately think of cupcakes?

Personally, I would take 8 and 4 right now. I think max is 10 and 3 and the injury filled version could be 6 and 6. I think the biggest difference this year will be the offensive and defensive lines. We have a great weight program now and the guys look like SEC lineman for the first time in my 40 plus years of fandom.

Thanks!

That was only part of the problem with your sentence, but I get the gist of what you are saying.

I'll give you a solid C- now and let you pass.

I think the thread was Vandy's schedule.

What does that have to do with their offensive line?

What does the spring game have to do with sacks?

I think Franklin finally takes down one of the power teams in the conf. either UF or USC

Agreed. They almost had SC last year - there was a horrible call at the end that most likely kept Vandy from winning. This will be the season where CJF and Vandy will show their mettle.

The opening SEC game in Nashville will actually be really good. The stadium will be packed and I bet a good number of OM fans travel for that one.

Vandy is a much, much improved team.

That being said, I think it's a toss up at best.
1.It's in Knoxville
2.We have more talent on the Roster even with all the NFL departures.
3.Butch Jones is 1-0 against J. Franklin with very similar talent at Cincy.
4.Dooleys gone
5.Dooleys gone

I fully expect this to be a really good showing for both teams

He's supposed to be 100% before the start of fall camp according to the Rivals guys

meh- State would have had 8 sacks in the Spring Game if the DL had been allowed to hit the QB. We have all 5 starters returning- the same OL as last season that was 2nd in the SEC in fewest sacks allowed

It's a Spring Game- can't read much into it.

I'm staying out of this fricked-up thread before some dumbass mentions that one no-call call, (and forgets all others), in that game we played at their place last year, and then makes some stupid fricking post about how that will have an affect on this years schedule ... oh, errrr, wait.
