FSU vs Texas Tech

Virginia vs Purdue

Duke vs Michigan St

Carolina vs Kentucky

All 4 of the SEC games are fun matchups. I wouldn't be shocked if they went 4-0 or 0-4.

I think the Kentucky game is intriguing. Houston is top 10 in scoring defense. Gonna be a slug fest but I give the nod to UK.

Obviously I'd love to see AU get the W but I think we'd need a game like we played against Kansas and I just don't know if that is feasible. But we are hot, so it's not unrealistic. I think if MSU has a good outing they'll beat LSU, but LSU owns close games so if they can hang it'll be fun.

The tournament has been chalk so far which can be a bit boring that first weekend but it makes the Sweet 16/Elite 8 weekend so much better.

Would be pretty wild if the half of the elite 8 was made up of SEC schools.

I’m pretty nervous about Purdue and wondering which VOLS team shows up. I think VOLS win semi convincingly if both teams bring their A games but if we play like we did in the 2nd half against Iowa, Purdue will blow the doors off. IMO JMO GBO

Eventually 2 SEC teams in the final 4. Then SEC Baseball puts 12 teams in the tournament and sends 3 to Omaha and our dominance over college athletics will be complete

I'm pretty sure Purdue is the same team every year made up of the same players and they never graduate.

Win 25-30 games, get Top 4 seed, lose in Sweet 16. Repeat.

It's chalk but you have big schools that aren't necessarily perennial powers, so it's still pretty intriguing IMO.

Definitely agree. Mainly meant the quality of team across the board this year in the Sweet 16 is very good. A lot of those wild first weekends lead to boring arse Sweet 16 matchups with a bunch of #13 seeds that really aren't great teams but just had a great game.

Almost none of those this go round. Everybody there is a Top 16 quality team sans Oregon.

Yep, but you still get an underdog vs. blueblood dynamic in a lot of these, which should entertain most

Hopefully the lack of drama early will lead to some great games this weekend.

I picked Purdue in my bracket but not feeling good about it anymore. Carson is going to need a big game again but he is capable of it.

Oregon has a lot more talent than your typical 12 seed tbh but I agree with everything you mentioned. Cinderellas are cute and all but these are some really compelling heavyweight matchups. Nice mix of blue bloods and big name schools imo

Yea I watched their game against Wisconsin - how the fvck did that team flounder so much in the shitty arse Pac12?

They got goons all over the floor.
