I would take 9-3 right now. 10-2 is probably the ceiling as the road slate is too brutal. Too many question marks right now with coaches to say for sure.
What scares me the most is the almost criminal laxity of Miles' recruiting at the linebacker position. People will be talking about us missing Fournette next year. This year's MVP and the guy we won't come close to replacing is MLB Kendall Beckwith.

But yet you reply again. See, you could have analyzed it in the time it took you to reply twice

6-6 lose 5 SEC games, one OOC.
Losing the entire starting lineup and goodly portion of two-deep is tough to overcome. No LBs, no OL, new secondary, suspect DL depth ... yikes. Add in 5 road trips in the SEC... gonna be a tough year. But the following year, 2018, could be better...

Well, I think L6u will be a mediocre team next year. Depends on a lot of unknown factors , QB, OC, DC, players leaving early and etc. Really to early to be certain. Think 3-5 losses- @Bama for sure is a loss. Then , @UF, @UT, @ MSST and Au all could be losses. Who knows at this point.

I disagree. LSU's recruiting classes have been very good the past decade. There won't be this big of a drop-off. Plus, the offense will be fine.

The homer is strong with you. How can you possibly say the offense will be fine? Who is the OC? Don't y'all lose a bunch of starters?

Lane Kiffin.

Fournette - his backup is pretty good
Dural - Dupre is likely returning
Couple O-linemen, but return 6 guys with starting experience.

Bring back all WRs except Dural.
Fournette only RB we lose and he was hurt all this year.
Everybody on Oline back except Pocic and Boutte(sucked).
All QB backs. Lose 1 TE.
We pretty much have 9 starters coming back.
