Not a troll on Myles for sure. I haven’t seen him play enough (like macJones for Alabama) to really form an opinion.

He does have a great arm and he can make all the throws. But after Joe B, every flaw will be accentuated.

Do you think there's some sort of question about who it will be?

Was he promised the job for 2020? Alabama has a similar situation with Mac Jones for next year. Good results to date, but hardly proven under real fire.

SEC win last week and looked better than I thought he would. Keep in mind I had a day of watching Bo Nix under my belt, and hell...everyone looks like Montana.

Yep. But it was still just ARK for Mac and Bo is still a true freshman trying to expand his repertoire under the tutelage of Gus, so...

In terms of physical tools, he has Burrow beat on every single one. Bigger arm, quicker release, maybe not as good of a runner but i think he's faster.

Burrow is bigger, stronger, and A MUCH BETTER ATHLETE AND RUNNER.

That isn't close.

^^^This coming from an LSU fan is what I thought about when I started the topic.

Burrow is going to be a really tough act for Brennan to follow. Lots of pressure from expectations, plus the coaches are going to get a lot of calls after this season from transfer prospects in the portal who looking at the returning roster. Not to mention grad transfer prospects wanting to play for Brady and try to duplicate Burrow's success.

Myles Brennan, but he's no stud.

I am not sure if Joe-level play is required. Myles has been learning this system for 3 years and knows it backwards and forward. He has a good arm and will gain more presence with reps.

Him coming in late in games this year and handing the ball off, with the occasional pass, is not what we will see from him next year.

I hope LSU utilizes the stud rbs a little more next year anyway

I'm going with the redshirt fresh QB from Alabama that we stole from Gumpworld - Mr. Parrish... athlete with an IQ and an arm.

Miles B. Kid’s a stud I watched him in highschool

All kids that get recruited to top NCAA programs are studs, in high school. He will be passed up by a younger QB by years end in 2020 because of turnovers/being predictable on throws.

Burrow may be bigger and stronger, but Brennan has a better arm. It's not even close tbh. According to lsusports.net, burrow is 6'4 216 and Brennan is 6'4 207.

Brennan needs to prove his accuracy and decision making, he just hasn't had the chance to run with the 1's in game, so i expect him to improve greatly on that. Brennan has a legit NFL arm.

Also, i said Myles isn't as good of a runner, but I do think he's faster.
