I actually think a 3-4 team will take him.

I guess he didn't want to come back to a year of double teams every play with a RB shading him because no one else our D- line was a threat.

This year yes, but next year with lockett and DT coming off the edge in passing situations, Powe could have really upped his stock with a lot of one one situations. I don't blame him though, this off season is going to be hell on earth in Oxford

Idk how much more he could do. His stock is still pretty high.

The simple fact that he was the only threat on our d- line. With Lockett coming back, some of the double teams/ RB shades would go to Lockett and Powe would get more tackles in theory if he had stayed.

This year with all the double teams he dropped a couple rounds. He was predicted late first round by a lot of analyst before the season started now he'll be 3rd-4th round.

his stock isn't high at all, not sure where you're getting that. before this season he was thought to be a 1st-3rd round pick. now he'll probably be selected on the 2nd day. he didn't show this season that he was anymore than a space eater, which is something he was disproving in 2009 and should have done in 2010.

I don't see any way he slips that far unless he does awful at the Sr. Bowl.

He would have been very very very lucky to be a 1st rounder.

nothing wrong with that. 3-4 teams will want him. He is in contention to be the 1st NT taken. I see him going 2nd round.
