In fairness it was 45-38. However, Texas did score with only 22 seconds left to bring them within 7, but it was a closer game than you make it out to be.

I mean, yes, I chalk it up to being first game of the season and LSU's offense needing to get fully untracked and LSU was a much better team, though.
